1. Browsing the beginner your competitor's site via a search on search engines, then record the five highest sites on Search engine (Like Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask, etc)
2. View the page source code of each site, using your favorite browser
3. Save the keywords they used (in source code).
4. Log into your blog / website, then edit the header. Copy this keyword to header of your blog / website.
5. Do not forget to reregister your blog / website again to the search engines, do ping with ping service like ping-o-matic, pingoat, pingler, etc.

What happened? Every time the search engines read those (competitor) blog / website with the same keywords, your website will come up for better position at Search Engine.
